Here's a line from the derive.php task for the ogg encode of the most recent upload; hope this helps:

Executing: /petabox/sw/bin/timeout -s 9 28800 /usr/bin/ffmpeg -v 0 -vn -i '/tmp/derive/rh2011-04-15/rh2011-04-15d1t15.flac' -acodec libvorbis -ac 2 -aq 2 -ar 44100 /tmp/derive-rh2011-04-15-Ogg/tmp.ogg -map_meta_data -1:0 > /dev/null 2>&1

I'm guessing it's -q 2 by looking at the -aq 2 ... thanks for the response... can anybody confirm that it's -q 2?

Yes, -aq in ffmpeg is the same as -q in oggenc.

-q/-aq 2 corresponds to 96kbps according to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vorbis#Technical_details
